Choose a free day and time for booking a meeting room
If you wish, you can change the date, time and meeting room in the pop-up with a detailed description. - 2
Enter the meeting details
Don't forget to give the name of the meeting that will be displayed to other participants, you can set the recurrence of the meeting and set the dates of future bookings as needed. - 3
Add members
From the list, select the members of the hub who will participate in the meeting, they will automatically receive a notification, as well as a display in their personal calendar about the new meeting. - 4

Your meeting is created and displayed on your calendar and on the calendar of added members, if you change your plans, you can easily cancel the reservation by clicking on the meeting in the calendar "Cancel".
